AXion Business Technologies Acquires Bruno's Office Systems & Supplies

New Bedford Company Becomes Part of AXion Group

Cranston, RI Nov 26, 2007- Axion Business Technologies, Inc, one of the fastest growing independent office equipment companies in southern New England, announced today that it has acquired Bruno's Office Systems and Supplies headquartered in New Bedford, MA.

Bruno's joins 3 other companies; Commercial Business, Copier Supply, and Copyrite to form the Axion group. These purchases, over the last 4 years, show the company's long term strategy of external acquisitions and aggressive internal growth.

This newest acquisition provides office equipment through sales and service of copiers, fax, printers, and multifunction products under the Toshiba Brand.
